We are pleased to see the Law Society questioning the effect of Employment Tribunal fees on the number of people taking disputes. There has been a 67% overall reduction,   with Sexual Discrimination cases falling by 87% and Equal Pay by 70%. Does this mean that less people now have access to justice because of cost?

We look forward to the findings.
