Tell us about your career.
I am the Office Manager of Bookers & Bolton. My receptionist career dates back to 2004 when I worked as a Receptionist at Alton House Hotel in Alton. In 2007 I gained a Level 2 NVQ in Front Office. I joined Bookers & Bolton in 2007 as a Receptionist/Admin Assistant. I have worked within a reception environment providing a friendly and professional service towards the clients together with being responsible for general administrative assistant support to enable the smooth and effective running of the office. Since then I have been promoted to the position of Office Manager.
What do you offer the clients of Bookers & Bolton?
I continue being a people person. I really enjoy meeting and working with a lot of different people, and I am known for being a great listener and clear communicator. I believe that my administrative knowledge, high enthusiasm and dedicated attitude can support all of my work colleagues so that they can achieve their best. My team helps the firm provide excellent services to our clients.
I can speak Polish and so would be a good interpreter.

Where did you grow up and what are your earliest memories?
I grew up in Poland and my very best earliest childhood memory is getting my first ice skates.
What was your first job?
My first job was a general assistant in Bodrum, Germany back in summer 2000 which I continued through my summer breaks of 2003, 2002, and 2001.
What is your favourite film or TV programme?
My favourite film is “Gone with the Wind”.
Name something you love doing and why.
I enjoy baking and painting furniture because they are extremely relaxing and satisfying.
What do you dislike most?
What country would you most like to visit and why?
I would like to visit New Zealand to see the Southern Lights.
What are your personal ambitions?
I would like to buy a house and maybe one day open my own furniture shop.
