Nadine Ronan

Graduate Legal Executive

Tell us about your career.

I am a Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and I joined Bookers & Bolton in November 2017. I am in the transitional phase between having completed the Higher Professional Diploma in Law and Practice and submitting my portfolio to CIlex Regulations to accompany an application for Fellowship.

In which areas of law do you specialise?

I have acted for clients in respect of both freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing transactions.

What do you offer the clients of Bookers & Bolton?

I appreciate that a conveyancing transaction can be a particularly stressful time for clients and understand the importance of dealing with client queries effectively, to ensure the transaction proceeds smoothly and with the minimum of delay. Effective communication is key to ensuring all parties are kept regularly updated throughout the process.

Tell us about you.

Where did you grow up and what are your earliest memories?

I was born in Essex, went to boarding school in Suffolk, moved to Surrey in 1997 and then to Hampshire in 2017. I have very fond memories of riding since the age of 6 and nowadays I enjoy any time spent in the company of my children, wider family & friends, two cats and two horses!

What was your first job?

My first job was working for Sainsbury’s in customer services.

What is your favourite film or TV programme?

My favourite film is Barney’s Version.

Name something you love doing and why.

I love spending time with my children, family and bringing on my promising young dressage horse who was purchased as a foal from the North of Scotland. There is nothing more fulfilling than achieving success through hard work and dedication!

What do you dislike most?

People who don’t tell the truth.

What country would you most like to visit and why?

The Maldives because it is one of the world’s most truly beautiful destinations.

What are your personal ambitions?

To see my children grow and develop happily throughout their lives, to achieve Fellowship status, to compete my horse Bella at Grand Prix level dressage and for the whole of my family and friends to be happy and healthy.
